In your package you will receive a packing slip with all items you ordered but there is no dollar amount found on this. Your email confirmation would act as your invoice, but if you have any questions or concerns with this feel free to contact us

Once your order has been processed (see FAQ “What exactly happens after I order?”), you should expect to see your package in approximately 2-5 business days. Weekends, holidays and after hours orders may very your delivery time from standard delivery.

Our payment system is powered by Paypal to ensure all credit card information is protected and monitored, any information that we keep is 100% confidential and is never shared without your permission.

We offer FREE shipping to all orders $100+ and have a standard flat rate shipping fee of $10 on orders under $100 in the USA and Canada only. Otherwise there is a country by country shipping fee.

Once we have received payment your order will be processed at our West Coast head office during our morning hours until noon (PST), any orders placed after noon (PST) will be processed by noon (PST) of the next business day. After the order is processed through our office it will be shipped from the warehouse within 24-48 hours. When your package has been shipped from the warehouse delivery can be expected in 2-5 business days.

For your own safety and convenience we receive all payments via credit card or PayPal to ensure fast, secure service. This way we can process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

While we have many customers who take this product while taking medication, we advise you consult your physician or a qualified healthcare practitioner before using this product. Some ingredients may interact negatively with medication, so please use caution before trying a new supplement.

Mimic is best taken a couple minutes BEFORE consuming a meal. You may also consume it during a meal, if you forget to take it before you start eating. Only take this if you’re about to eat and do not go more than 20-30 minutes without consuming food, after consuming this product as it may lower blood sugar.
