The truth is, once you find the right balance for your body, you can stay in great shape year round. It not about eating boring, horrible food and torturing yourself to lose a couple of lbs. You need to know you can eat healthy and still enjoy the food. You can get exercise that you will enjoy.

Every day I am challenging my mind and body in the gym 🧠💪🏼. I set lofty goals, I set ridiculous standards and I follow ‘near-impossible’ workouts.  A young Markus would have quit or slacked off 10 minutes in (I’m exaggerating of course... I wouldn’t have even made it two minutes😜). That Markus knew nothing of success in or out of the gym. ☹️☹️👎🏼

Because of my tenacity in the gym and the fact that I won’t give up, even though my body and brain are screaming that I should, I am a force in the office.  I don’t give up there either. When others are already at home in front of the boob-tube, I’m still emailing, calling and begging for business!! When you think it’s time to call it a day, IT’S NOT.  If you aren’t hungry enough for more business, someone else is.  I know I am.

What can you do in there today that you will consider success?  What must you accomplish before you leave the gym to consider the workout a success? Hydration is critical for virtually every function of our body.  Here is a healthy reminder of why you want to stay hydrated ALWAYS:
1 - ENHANCE PHYSICAL & MENTAL PERFORMANCE 🧠💪🏼- our bodies are made primarily of water!  If you are dehydrated, you can’t perform optimally.  That means workouts, cardio, work, sexually... yeah, ALL functioning. ——————————————
