I'm really liking the after burn in the evenings. It helps with digestion and doesn't effect my sleep. Been taking HMB for about 3 weeks. No stomach upset. Haven't noticed any results yet but am optimistic.

Very tasty, great ingredients, easily dissolves and doesn't taste like your typical protein powder. It's the only powder I use! I used to buy from Popeyes supplements, but they've stopped carrying it. Happy to find it and buy direct. I did like having the larger container offered at Popeyes.
At my fifties , I notice the changes in my body lethargy lack of energy , and at gym did not have the stamina I was had . I don’t like pre workout or energy drinks . A friend at gym recommended this supplements . Love them . Then company sold out for a while and I was lost. Am really happy that they brought them back !

Magnum quattro is the best whey protein I've tried in Canada! Easy to digest, did not break out my skin, recommended!
I bought the vanilla cake ce cream Quattro protein a couple weeks ago, I really like it. Great flavour, it dissolves well in my water. The portion is perfect and bigger than other protein powders I’ve used. Definitely get it again.

Delivery seems to take a super long time. Like over a week for an in province delivery is kinda excessive. The product itself is top knotch. Best protien powder on the market imo. Easy mixiing, great taste and keeps me fueled for up to 6 hours.
