This breakfast bowl recipe is gluten-free and vegetarian-vegan friendly! Makes a perfect post workout meal too!  All you need is a baked sweet potato, some protein powder - and your favorite toppings! Recipe for single serving portion size below! โฌ‡๏ธโฌ‡๏ธ โ€ข TIP- I suggest boiling the sweet potato then mashing with coconut oil, cinnamon and nutmeg and your sweet p will taste just like pumpkin pie in a bowl! ๐Ÿฅง

INGREDIENTS
4oz pre-baked sweet potato mashed.
1 serving Quattro ( I use vanilla or Chocolate)
1/2 small banana, sliced
1/4 cup raspberries
2 tablespoons blueberries 
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
cacao nibs (will give chocolate flavour , rich in antioxidants) 
chia seeds (healthy fats , HIGH FIBRE) 
hemp hearts (healthy fats) 
1 tablespoon of your favourite nut/seed butter (healthy fat)

Add 4oz cooked, mashed sweet potato to bowl. 
Stir in protein powder until combined.
Layer in banana slices, raspberries, and blueberries. 
Top with additional desired toppings and dig in! I suggest 1 teaspoon almond or sunflower seed butter (if you have nut allergy) 1 teaspoon chia seeds and 1 teaspoon cacao nibs ! ------------------------------------
