I'm really liking the after burn in the evenings. It helps with digestion and doesn't effect my sleep. Been taking HMB for about 3 weeks. No stomach upset. Haven't noticed any results yet but am optimistic.

Very tasty, great ingredients, easily dissolves and doesn't taste like your typical protein powder. It's the only powder I use! I used to buy from Popeyes supplements, but they've stopped carrying it. Happy to find it and buy direct. I did like having the larger container offered at Popeyes.
At my fifties , I notice the changes in my body lethargy lack of energy , and at gym did not have the stamina I was had . I don’t like pre workout or energy drinks .
