- Quattro — take 1-2 servings with 1-2 cups of water or beverage of choice after training, or as part of a meal replacement shake.
- NEKTR — mix 2 servings with 250-350 ml of water, in the morning or the afternoon.
- REFRSH — mix one scoop in 17 oz of water or beverage of choice and shake well. Consume during training; on non-training days, take at any time.
- Follow the directions on each product label. Do not use REFRSH with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt substitutes.

I'm really liking the after burn in the evenings. It helps with digestion and doesn't effect my sleep. Been taking HMB for about 3 weeks. No stomach upset. Haven't noticed any results yet but am optimistic.

Very tasty, great ingredients, easily dissolves and doesn't taste like your typical protein powder. It's the only powder I use! I used to buy from Popeyes supplements, but they've stopped carrying it. Happy to find it and buy direct. I did like having the larger container offered at Popeyes.
