- Quattro — take 1-2 servings with 1-2 cups of water or beverage of choice after training, or as part of a meal replacement shake.
- NEKTR — mix 2 servings with 250-350 ml of water, in the morning or the afternoon.
- REFRSH — mix one scoop in 17 oz of water or beverage of choice and shake well. Consume during training; on non-training days, take at any time.
- Follow the directions on each product label. Do not use REFRSH with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt substitutes.

I really enjoy Quattro protien but I absolutely love the peanut butter cup, but it's been out of stock the past couple months. I had to buy chocolate and I'm not enjoying it as much. Please bring back the peanut butter cup!

I'm really liking the after burn in the evenings. It helps with digestion and doesn't effect my sleep. Been taking HMB for about 3 weeks. No stomach upset. Haven't noticed any results yet but am optimistic.
